I have just filled out the forms for iva, but worried because 3 of my loans have been taken out this year april time but 2 of them are extensions to pre existing loans, will this effect my chances? i`ve also had to take car finance out in july because my car kept breaking down but this is in my mums name again will this affect me in any way.

Hi
It,s hard to say if this will affect your IVA or not but your IP will know these details and will not submit a proposal if they feel that it would not be accepted.
What are you doing about your car loan that is in your mothers name ?
