my iva wont give me a settlement figure i asked for one 2months ago they said they sent me one i said i havant received it and they said rudley your get it when you get it

Did you phone or write.

I would write and ask for it,send by recorded delivery.

I they said that they sent you one a while ago, then it would be a simple process for them to resend the document via e-mail. And please understand that settlement figures suggested by insolvency practitioners are not set in tablets of stone - this figure will still need the agreement of your creditors.

I am tempted to suggest you name and shame the Company concerned because it is a significant part of your life that they have in their hands for the duration of the arrangement and to be treated with disrespect is uncalled for.

Demand to speak to the IP concerned on Monday and after telling him / her of your recent dealings with their firm, demand the settlement figure is e-mailed to you.
