hi all

as some of you might know,i had my iva rejected a week ago.in the meantime ive wrote to all my creditors explaining that i am now in the process of setting up a DMP and issued them with token payments whilst this is being set up for me.the thing whats frightening me is that ive had no phone calls yet or letters from any of my creditors! i thought they would be hounding me for money the day after my iva was rejected but ive had nothing! dont know if this is a good or bad sign, suppose i will just have to wait and see!

Hi Jue

It's most probably going back to your creditors as generally they use large accountancy firms to deal with people who are dealing with |IVA's. I would wait and see how the debt management company deals with it.
