Mrs T had another letter off a creditor this morning.
Same company as before, who voted yes at our creditor meeting.
She phoned them and they still didn't know our IVA had gone through in
May, and the last time they had any contact with our IP was April.
I sent the last 2 letters we received from the creditor back to our
IP with a covering letter.
It does get on yer you know what's a little !
Still, onward and upward eh?

Hi
Know what you mean - our IVA was approved in April and we are still getting calls and letters off Moorcroft Debt Recovery who Morgan Stanley must have sold the debt to. Every letter I have forwarded to our IP but they keep phoning saying they have had no notification of anything We told them to check the insolvency register for our names but even this didn't work It's hard to stay polite with them anymore!!

Hi
Your IP should deal with this.
Ask them for conformation that they have written to Moorcroft.
