We got 6 weeks to find somewhere to rent but because I entered into an IVA 2 month ago the estate agents won't touch me or have me on the tenancy even with my partner. I got no family here to stay with and the council gave me a band 5 rating because we both work and earn over 20000 so what am I supposed to do wish now I never took the IVA.

See if the council has a list of approved private landlords, who, generally, do not conduct credit searches. Other than that, do you have anyone who would act as guarantor ?
