If my brother has an IVA can he still relocate to another country or are there any restrictions to be considered.

Hey Mel, welcome to the forum. I think as long as he is still able to make his payments then it would be ok. He would need his IP's permission. What country is it? X

There is no problem in taking an IVA abroad with you, so long as he is still able to earn the same income and maintain his contributions. He must also keep his Supervisor aware of his whereabouts, and most correspondence can be forwarded via e-mail.
