Hello,

First post ever

I have 10 months left on my IVA (hurray!). I was interested to look at the state of my credit file. I logged onto Experian and viewed on-line. I was surprised to see that my IVA was not listed nor was any negative credit listings (there have been many pre IVA).
The only two credit lines listed were my bank and mobile phone acounts which are showing good health. The appearence was a healthy credit file(?)

Could this be a mistake or is Experian not a good reflection of peoples credit file?

Anyone else experienced this?

Hi Cantona07 and welcome to the forum. I love the name by the way!

There are 3 credit agencies - Experian, Equifax and Callcredit (the most unreliable) and I found that some accounts were listed on one of them but not on the others. You can apply for a paper copy of each CRF by sending each one a cheque for £2 - the forms are on the websites.

Sorry that's not a lot of help!

Will do thanks Skippy. Are these agencies independant of each other?

As far as I know they are. I do know that Callcredit sell their information to other companies, e.g. Annualcreditreport.

Its unusual for the details not to be on experian as they seem to be the main one for all my creditors
