We have received a courtesy call from Payplan just to see how we are getting on.
Whilst on, my hubby asked what would be needed for our annual review. Not due yet, but thought we should be prepared. Our case worker said that they would not require bank statements, only the last three months payslips, our utility bills and it would all be done over the phone.
Has anyone else been through a review with Payplan and can confirm (or otherwise) this? It doesn't seem to be a lot compared with other people.

Hi, kallis3.
I had my first annual review with Payplan last April. See my entry in this post:

After a little bit of a bumpy start, I have always found them to be efficient and polite.

Thanks Sensible. I was just concerned that it didn't seem to be very much that you had to supply them, but I can cope with that!

we transferred from Debtmatters to Payplan in February this year. We had a call from Payplan with regard to the signing and giving them go ahead for variation meeting for THEIR terms and conditions etc to be put to the creditors. We were told thiswould not affect our payments though. The first date for this meeting we were given was cancelled, and the 2nd date given was 7th July, but didnt hear anything after that so assume all is well.
We was due our first annual review in March but still we have heard nothing, just keep paying!!!!

Just had my first annual review with Payplan, they did it over the phone and after it, they sent me the I&E form to sign and return with my last three wage slips.
Thats all they wanted, its a good idea to keep a copy of your I&E as they ask you everything that may have changed on it.

If you manage to sign up to Justabank Endsmeet, then your I&E is there for you to look at whilst you are on the phone!
Still doesn't seem to be much compared with some of the others. Not that I am complaining!!!!!

Hi Kallis3,
I've emailed my I.P. asking whether its ok to sign up to Justabank, hopefully they will get back with my log-on details etc after the bank holiday.
Thanks for the info, it will be very helpful to have this sort of info on hand at my next annual review[:)]

If they don't get back to you (and mine didn't because it's a different one now),just phone them and ask them to set you up.

Thanks Again

Just got my info from my I.P. and have logged in etc.
There was just one error, it was showing my monthly income from last year pre my wage rise.
Just emailed my I.P. about this before I update it.
Its a great idea IMHO and its just 'nice' to see were things are going, doubt if I will be taking any of the insurance options tho
Thanks Kallis3 for the pointer[:D]

No, doubt if I will be doing that either endsmeet. It's a very good 'tool' though.
