Ive just completed my first year of my IVA & am now waiting to hear from my IVA company, are they supposed to send & ask me for my P60 & wage slips or am I supposed to just send them in, if not how long do IVA companies take to ask for documents on each anniversary

I would wait until your IP asks for the information - but make sure that it is readily available.

Thanks Melanie, I had an I & E review in April because of a job change with higher salary, so my IVA payments increased & they said at my annual review they would only require P60 & 3 wage slips as my new IVA payments will not be looked at again until next year.

hi PM5...our first review we didnt hear anything until about a month after it was due...then we had a letter saying if we didnt send then x y and z there would be trouble.!!! or words to that effect...
we contacted them and said they hadnt asked for anything.....this time we have pre-empted tham and rang and said when do you want it...she said ...oh not till a week or so before the review date...so that would be 7th sept....then 3 days later on 14th august we get the letter asking for all the stuff...so....altho melanie has said to wait..i would have the stuff ready to send as soon as they ask
hope all goes well...

Our annual reviews are due the end of January and every year without fail our IP sends a letter around November asking for all the details! We send it all off and then tend to hear nothing more about it until the end of February! Good luck with yours!
