Hi All,

Just wanted to say hi i have been in a I.V.A for 20 months now, i have found this forum a much needed source of information and a re-assuring freind even if it is just a case of looking in now and then with out posting. I can relate to a lot of people that have posted on here, with the iva and this forum things are getting better by the day and i hope i can one day help a little, with the experience i have gained to reassure others. Thanks once again for all the time spent on here helping others who post as well as the silent viewers.

A very warm welcome, well done for your first post. I was soo nervous to make my first post, I kept on just exiting the site, even though I had typed it. Then when I saw I had replies I was even more scared, everyone was so helpful though and I felt I was amongst friends. Its a friendly place and hopefully more silent observers will pluck the courage.
