Just had a call on my mobile regarding whether I wanted a prepaid mastercard through safeguard. Before I had mentioned being in an IVA he was going on about Mastercard.. when I mentioned we were in an IVA he said I know thats why I'm offering you this.. Prepaid Mastercard

TOLD HIM I WASN'T INTERESTED.. THEN PUT PHONE DOWN.. TO WHICH I IMMEDIATELY REGRETTED AS I NOW WANT TO KNOW WHERE HE GOT MY MOBILE NUMBER FROM...[:(!]

Have you given your mobile to any company/bank etc as companies do sell personal information. Just a thought.

Its not hard to get someone mobile number, and clearly they got details for iva from insolv register(the pain that it is).

Our trust deed(scottish IVA) is not 2 months old and we have had several letters from companies offering to remortgage our house for us to help get us out of the trust deed we tried so hard to get into!!!

These companies are the scum of the earth preying on people who may well feel confused and vulnerable.
