Anyone delt with bennett and jones insolvency Manchester?

Website looks OK -- the IP's appear to be available to clients and the example of equity release they give seems fair. My only concern is that, in the IVA example they give, they have arranged an IVA on a debt of around £5k with a proposed repayment, over the term of just over £4k --- I would doubt an IVA was the best route (but, of course, we don't know the whole story).

Have you met with them? This is the best way to be able to make a decision as to whether you feel comfortable working with them.
