hello, i'm gathering all the paperwork required to start an IVA.

i have got the initial pack through the post from a company called all clear / one advice.

has anyone had any dealings with and would they reccomend them?

they seemed helpful enough over the phone but i would like to see some one face to face really, i am in chelmsford, essex.

Have a look at iva.com they give reviews and listings of all IP companys in your area. Best to get at least a couple of opinions too. I am like you have an iva. The companys on this site are all good.

Just to add to Aguise,s advice.An IVA will be one of the biggest events in your life so getting the right IP to act for you is crucial.Take time to research the companies that you shortlist.It will be time well spent.
