Hi everyone
I am feeling really sorry for myself,
I had an accident at home, tripped on the hoover cord and fell smack on my face onto the stairs.
I have broke my nose and am very bruised.

You poor thing Zoe, what a horrible thing to happen. A similar thing happend to a friend of mine over the weekend, she slipped in the shower and ended up in hospital with concussion. The most important thing is that you are ok. Bones and skin heal and if you rest up you will be good as new in no time.

Take good care of yourself.

Take it easy Zoe my otherhalf blacked out a few wks ago and broke his nose its very painfull,rest up and spoil yourself and get hubby to pamper you.
