I have absolutely no idea! You would have thought they would all have wanted their money!
I am sure one of the experts will be along soon to answer your question

Hi
It is quite common for creditors to not have confirmed claims, strange as it seems.Once your IP is ready to pay a dividend your outstanding creditors should confirm.
They actually have the full five years in which to make a claim.

Hi Andy
This is an interesting thread!
What happens if creditors do not make a claim in the five years? Does the money you have paid in get paid to your other creditors so that they get a better dividend?
