I have just received a whole load of paperwork from the OR office papers to sign etc. One of the papers is an authority to disclose info from inland rev about tax and tax credits nd from DWP re any benefits. Do they actually write to DWP or Tax Credits re entitlements etc or do they just take what you say.
Sorry I have started posting on this site as well because there doesn't appear to be many experts posting an bankruptcy site at the momnet.

Hey Tess, yes the other site can be a bit slow sometimes. There are plenty of experts that post on here, most of them have been through bankruptcy so someone will help you, I can't, sorry. Good luck, Viki X

They may well check up,however just be totally upfront and honest with your situation and you will have nothing to worry about.

I believe the OR will write out to them as standard practice. I wouldn't unduly worry about it.
