hi had phone call form barclays earlier stated that i was in arrears i told him i am now br but he said as they have not had any conformation for the or that would continue with further action i thought that they couldnt do anything after br or can they? x

I had the same problem with Littlewoods. Don't worry, there's nothing they can do now. You can either contact your OR and ask them to deal with it, or else send a copy of your BR notice to Barclays.
