If I want to settle my arrangement early how much (roughly) would I have to pay back? Would it be the remainder of the total amount I would pay from my IVA arrangement or will it be the reainder of the total amount that I owed?

My total debt was about £44,000 and I have paid £300 per month since June 2006. The total amount I will pay back at the end of the term is £18,000.

You should get your IP to provide you with a settlement figure based upon achieving the original dividend you pledged at the outset of the IVA.
