Who are, M&D Services (Trading as IVA Checkline)and why are they sending me a leaflet to suggest that my IVA may have been mismanaged or needs a review?

They are one of these companies who trawl the Insolvency Register and write to people in an IVA suggesting that they can help you out by getting rid of the IVA.
In reality they will be a bankruptcy assist firm who will charge the earth to do something you could do yourself.
If you are happy with your IVA then stick with it. If you're not then speak to your IP in the first instance.
I would just ignore it.

Scum of the earth is who they are. Do yourself a favour and shred the leaflet in 1,000,000 bits!!
This wont be the last time during your IVA that someone out of the blue makes contact with you to inform you that you have been mis sold your IVA or that you are paying too much or that theres a faster cheaper way out of debt.
As Jan has said they will charge you a small fortune to assist in you becoming bankrupt,something you can easily do yourself is you so choose.
