does anyone know where i can look at a copy of these???...on reading my chairmans report again i see several ref. to conditions contained in IVA standard terms and conditions...but dont seem to have a copy of them.
i know i have posted several times re 4th years clause and even had a converstaion with ian millington who had a look at our paperwork....and despite re-assurance from him that we seem to have NO 4th year clause(this is apparently a miracle)..i keep worrying about it over and over...and if i have read my stuff once i have read it 50 times and keep thinking it must be hidden away somewhere cos everyone else here on forum seems to have a 4th year clause.

can anyone point me online or whatever to the above mentioned documents??
thank you

I think that you will have received them with your proposal, the one you signed and returned before you meeting. You could always request a copy from your IP. I don't know though so wait for someone else to advise. X

I presume there wouldn't be because every case is different but Melanie will know, hang in there and I'm sure she'll reply.

Is there a reference to the R3 standard conditions? They are about 28 pages long. You may have been asked to sign them and send them back when you signed the proposal (or at least I hope you were!)

If yes, give me a bell and I'll e-mail you the standard terms and... no, you won't find a 4 year clause in there either [:)]

They should have been attached to the proposal you were provided with at the time the original creditors meeting was called. Not every IP adapted the use of the R3 conditions, and they may have used their own hybrid version.
