Can i change the company i have my IVA with as i am in my third year now and i am with a company that has gone from being really helpful to the most unhelpful people i know!!

Unfortunately it is not really possible for you - unless you have a really good reason and you make an application to Court which will be costly. Which company are you with, and what difficulties are you currently experiencing?

Hiya and welcome Grace. Unfortunately, you can't change unless things are very, very wrong. Have you tried to contact the ip dealing with your IVA instead of the staff who usually mill around? You can find their email on the insolvency site, I'll find it and post it for you
