I got the Job in Preston, although a non-nursing job it is clinical and within healthcare audit, my new manager said she will put me through as a priority to get me started the begining of August, otherwise it will be the end of August when I start, I even told them about the problems with my last job, and they said, just to take it as a learning curve and they wont write to them for a reference.
Ive Emailed my IVA firm, to ask whether I could reduce my payments to £130 then increase every year by £30 and include the payments from my HP from 2010, and they said it would be for 6 years instead of 5, but does provide a higher dividend of 31p/£ rather than 26p/£ which creditors are getting at the moment, so they are going to take it to creditors.
And the agency I used to work for has started offering me shifts too! Its finally looking up!

Thanks Everyone
its so nice to have the ongoing support from you all! I dont think I would have the courage to go on and the confidence to continue to do interviews without all your support and excellent insight!
A quick question, if creditors reject, would I have to do a DMP and would a DMP with a start up of £130 increasing by £30 - £50 for every year for debts of £43000 be possible?
Thanks

If creditors reject your variation, a DMP is definately possible for you and you could offer staggered payments as you have suggested.

Thanks Melanie, I am thinking of failing the IVA, and going for a DMP, as if this problem happens again I dont want the same situation, and a DMP would be a little liant, or am I just being silly?
Thanks

A DMP can be far more flexible if your income is unstable, Stu, but the downside is that you will continue to make payments until all of your debts have been repaid in full - and interest and charges may well be added on. I would try the variation first as it brings you more certainty.
