Maybe they are intermediateries who then pass cases on to IP firms. Im sure somebody will know more and be able to answer.

I think they are intermediaries rather than Insolvency Practitioners. They put you in touch with an IP.

I spelled it about 4 times and couldnt decide which was right or wrong so gave up and typed anything LOL

Lol its a hard word, I think I would have struggled! Yeah they take the fees from the payments and have tried to make me pay a month up front but I have said I can't do that and won't pay until the IVA has been approved. Am starting to wish I had found this forum earlier, Melanie sounds like she would have been great!

How much money have you actually paid to this firm? Also which IP firm are they sending you to?

I have paid nothing as of yet and have said I will pay the first payment after the IVA is approved. They wanted one months payment on the day of the creditors meeting as the first payment but rejected they take it as fees. I did not realise this until fairly late down the line. I have told them I am not happy with this. They are going to ring me back to tell me if I can pay after the meeting if its approved.
