Hello all,

All my creditors have told me that they have not recieved any papeerwork for my IVA and it was apparently sent out last week. My IVA company do not seem to worried about this and said they will check its gone to the correct places, HSBC said they need 14 days from getting the paper in which to reply. The creditors meeting is on the 29th. Anyone else had this same experience?

Yes, I think most of them say this. It probably takes a while to filter down to the correct office. Bear in mind that you will just be talking to a call centre operator.

I wouldn't worry about it.

The IVA papers are probabbly in the Banks mail system...I have seen this for DMPs that CCC sends out...9/10 they have it already but not in the right hands yet

This happened to me, Emily and Kallis3 are right, you will just be talking to call centre personnel who will not have been updated on your current position, your IVA proposal will have gone to the banks dedicated IVA department.
I know it's hard to do but don't worry, your IP will have done hundreds of IVA's and knows exactly where to send your proposal.
Good luck on the 29th [:)][:)][:)]

Hi,
Yes a number of mine said they had received no paperwork. They are most likely in the wrong department and not upto speed with things.
Good Luck
