what if a husband and wife have 'joint' interlocking ivas but both have their own debts not joint; the marriage is breaking down. wife wants to go it alone and clear her own debts, can she go it alone, seek a variation to clear just her debts....husband is left to his own fate on his debts, possibly bankruptcy for him...since their debts are not joint, his creditors cannot pursue her for his debts...she goes it alone on her part of her iva?

Yes your IP should be able to supervise your IVA seperately and this will enable you to clear your debts.They may need to call a variation meeting but as long as you can service your IVA and return the agreed dividend it should be fine.
Have you no joint debts ?
