My IVA is with CCCS and the IP is Jacqueline Westermann. Can one of the forum experts confirm to me her e-mail address, please, as I have recently sent her a message, but received no reply.

Try "find an IP" on www.insolvency.gov.uk. X

I tried that, and I'm afraid that doesn't have up to date details (it claims she works for another firm - I did try the e-mail address given, but it bounced back).

I recently met Jackie, and knowing the way she operates I think she would be concerned that your message had not been dealt with. Perhaps it has not reached her personally, so it might be sensible to give her a call and try and speak to her. She did tell me that she does speak to all of her clients if there is a need to, so I am sure you will be put through.

Hi
I am sure a call to her office will get the result that you need.
I too can confirm that Jackie is an excellent IP who will want to respond to you

CCCS have just replied to my query to say that I can't e-mail Jacqueline directly, but I have to send a message via the Supervisory Department. I'm not really satisfied with that .... surely I'm allowed to contact my IP directly via e-mail, without it having to go to other people?? Does anyone know if I can demand her direct address?

I do not think that you can, however as others have said just ring up and ask to speak to her directly

That sounds a bit odd, maybe Melanie or Andy can help you.

Just to clarify, CCCS said that I need to send the message the Supervisory Department, and this would be passed to Jacqueline - but it still seems odd that I can't just be given her direct address. I will call them.

I'm sure they will pass it on to her but I understand your point.

I personally would not operate in this manner, as my clients can e-mail me whenever they need to, but if this is the CCCS' policy then you will have to fall in with that. When Andy and I recently visited their offices, we were assured that clients could speak to the IP if they needed to, but if there is a good supervisory team in place they ought to be able to deal with your query appropriately.

This sounds familiar ... I was 'granted' a few rare opportunities to speak to my IP a few times ... but it was like trying to get into Fort Knox to do so [:(]

I have never spoken to my IP, just the 'call centre'
