after reading things on this site, i am panicking!i have one post up already about my i v a meeting keep getting post poned, due to my car not selling,ive gone through my paperwork and i only have one car included, and also when i originally my wages were higher but i run my own bus so self employed, i have had a member of staff leave, which means my wages have gone down, and as everyone knows money is bad for everyone now, im worried about how much more my wages will go down? i have phoned money debt and credit who r doing my i v a they say all the changes will have to be made once car gets sold and it gets re submitted.also house prices ahve dropped so much when i first arranged the i v a my house was worth 206,000 now one has sold for 193,000, will i get to the point were i will be made bankcrupt? god im so worried.

You need to make sure that your business cash flow used for your IVA is realistic based on the change of circumstances.
Where are you up to with your IVA?

my iva meeting has been cancelled twice now, as my car has not sold. ive been told once the car is sold i will have to re submit the new changes to wages.is this right? thanks so much for replying i feel like im going mad![:)]

I see no reason why your IVA should be held up on the sale of a vehicle! If you have HP then a provision will need to be made for the expected shortfall to the HP company.
As you are self employed, does your IVA provider have your business cash flow? Are you happy that the cash flow is correct based on your recent change in circumstances?

I agree with Alan - this all does seem rather strange. Has the IVA already been presented to creditors, or does your IP simply keep withdrawing it? I would get a second opinion if I were you.

Woodell. The company aren't waiting for the car to be sold to pay any upfront fees are they?
