Hi everyone

I have finally had first contact with my IP via email (actually its only been 9 days hehe). I mentioned I have a student loan which I know cannot be included in my IVA paperwork but the IP needs to see some student loan documentation anyway?

Anyone know what this may be? I can't speak to my IP till tomorrow 5pm, so if I can get a head start and trawl through my paperwork I will do...

The loan agreement maybe? I assume there will be one of some description.

Your IP will need to circulate the Student Loans company as they are a creditor.

We too have got to submit student loan information. I didn't realise that it could not be included in IVA, why is this? What happens to this debt once the IVA is in place? should we carry on trying to make the payments on the student loan? Many thanks
