I have read a few posts about MBNA and that they sell on alot of debt then reject ivas, has anyone had their ivas accepted by either of these?
would appreciate the advise

We have Virgin (MBNA) and they are quite agressive as creditors go but saying that I hven't heard from them this week........

my debt with MBNA is only about 2900 out of 22,800 but my main creditor is Lloyds tsb, i think i have a lot of creditors that dont like ivas

Who is your IP?
List some of your creditors and people will tell you how they faired with various ones.

I certainly see more rejection votes from this creditor that any other to be honest.

thanks, my ip are dfd they have been really good i know there have been some bad posts about them. my creditors are...
HSBC- 3500
CAHOOT - 3500
MBNA - 2900
LLOYDS LOAN - 8000
LLOYDS C.CARD -1000
LLOYDS OVERDRAFT-600
NEXT- 900
BARCLAY - 350
EGG-450

As MBNA only have a small percentage of the vote in your case, it is very likely that that can be outvoted by other creditors who are more likely to accept the proposals.

Hopefully somebody like Melanie will hve a rough idea - but it is all guess work. We will all only know on the day unfortunately.........
