My soon to be ex partner and I are going through an joint iva,how do I go about paying the iva if she doesn,t want to know me and has said she is not going to pay,she would rather go bankrupt

Sorry about your split John. I'm sure your IP will sort this out for you. It may be that your girlfriend is just upset at the moment and your IP could talk to her with regards keeping the IVA going. Please wait for an expert to advise you. X

Interlocking IVAs can definately be separated, but you will need to get your IP to look at this to see what effect it will have on your individual dividend to your own creditors.

So sorry to hear your news and hope things improve on the domestic front shortly.
