Ask them to put forward a modification in the variation removing that clause. I have it on very good authority from a leading personal insolvency lawyer and District Judge, that this modification is illegal as it seeks to overturn statute. I would be happy to put your IP in touch with said lawyer if this would help.

Hi Melaine

Matthew Frayne from Accuma as e-mailed me and i understand you know each other and he speaks well.

He as explained to my my views, and what you have said, he basically as instructed his office to call the creditors meeting becuase it the only person to find it an advantage would be the ip to wait for 24months.

I think it would be unfair to Matthew to post his reply on here as he is trying to help me, but if their is an e-mail address i can forward it to you i will, I think Matthew is also very interested on your views.

Regards

James

I have spoken to Matthew this afternoon and we have had a good chat about this issue. It will be interesting to see the outcome James, and do keep us in touch with progress.

Oh! Aren't they coming on really well James! I often shed a tear thinking about my granddaughter Madison who is nearly a year old now ... we had such a roller coaster of a year last year with my daughter being very poorly and Madison having to arrive early ... but she really is coming on in leaps and bounds! Really puts life into perspective doesn't it[:)]
