Hi all I'm new to the forum I just like to say a couple of things I enters an iva 2009 and compleated I have had a letter to say it is completed for some reason the certificates no arrived due to admin.back in 2009 I was on the verge of going bankrupt or join iva under advice of debtfreedirect I entered iva on the description of what the salesperson debit free direct id be free in five years described and said going bankrupt was not the best option for the best option for me.so on the Abiso debit three direct what was the good advice going bankrupt and iBeer currently case studies said that going bankrupt I would know have a new mortgage and have moved within four years and currently I have sold the property that we living under the understanding that I would be able to get a mortgage after five years the house is finally in the final stages of sale and no we are being told we can get a mortgage because I have had an iva Who regulates the people I have been mis-sold sent down the river on to dry and totally disgusted people can claim for PPI because they were missed sold I was mis-sold an iva I want is a roof over my head for me and my family this iVa has left me with no roof but anger and frustration that I have been lied to the last five years I will not let this lie just on this forum.these debit firms are not helping there taking the Mick out of the public they can't do this to people we have lives some fat cat at the end of these companies is laughing I will make sure all my power and all the strength I have I will find an end thank you Debtfreedirect for wasting my life
