Hi guys been along time since i posted,[:)] but i would have been finishing my IVA next month, but due to too much equity in the house we have to pay for a final 6th year. Its been hard but we have learnt to budget and the kids are the ones who have suffered the most. Would love to thank Melanie and her Team in Dublin who have taken care of me and all my silly questions over the year

Hi, lovely to hear from you, hoping the final year runs smoothly for you and I'm sure time will pass quickly and closure will be imminent. All the best.

Well done you on coming this far. An IVA isn't an easy option by a long way. We're just coming up to sorting out our equity release out. Ours is borderline. So wishing it goes in our favour. Here's wishing you the best of luck for your final hurdle. Hope its smooth running for you.

Struzzo hope it goes in your favour, we had equity and could not re-mortgage which in a way im pleased about, as i was frightened it would put us back into debt, if you see what i mean.

Yeah I totally agree. Better for us all in the long run to pay a further 12 months than mega years on a mortgage .

We are just into our final year as well, seems like lots of us wil, finish together, I am with GT so I will have the longest wait for the CC so technically you will all probably officially finish before me.
