Wife received a cheque in the post today from CCP, for store cards miss selling insurance. £221.03p Hooray.
Phoned GT to see if we needed to send it to them or if we could keep it, didn't have anything pressing that needs replacing or any outstanding bills that we could use as mitigating circumstances[:I]. GT stated it is an Asset of the IVA and we need to send it to them. Boo!
Oh well, we at least got to see the cheque [:D].

a bit disappointing but think of it increasing the dividend to your creditors a little.

I paid one over for £7,570.80p 2 weeks ago, reluctantly but with a nice feeling to know we have already paid more just with PPI than our agreed initial dividend. [:D]

This wasn't PPI peejayel, it is the card insurance thingy me bob that started last year after all the furore over PPI miss selling.

ah right didn't know anything about that as I always refused it. I remember people at work getting some letters last year about voting for a refund or something but as I never received one it can't affect me.
