4th review done and monthly payments to stay the same which is great. We have been waiting for over 2 weeks now for our IP to get back to us with how much we owe so we can pay off our IVA as hubby has come in to an inheritance. We rang over 2 weeks ago and spoke to our IP who said that he will need to pay 100% + and I will just need to pay what I would have paid by the end of IVA.We were told that in some cases the interest is not required and that they will try and get the best deal for us and that the figures they send us will be the worst case scenario. Just want to know so we can see if we will have any money left over.

Great news that payments stay the same.

Hopefully your IP will confirm what is needed to conclude your IVA's ...we came into inheritance during our IVA and we decided to conclude both IVAs using the inheritance rather than just mine ... we didn't have to pay the stat interest ..just up to 100% of original debt and IP fees.

Personally I would contact them again to try and escalate this so it is concluded quickly for you.
