Reading over my recent posts, I have been on a bit of a rant of late, and I apologise [:I]

I used to be quite upbeat about the whole process, but, of late, the constant goal post moving and the way the larger firms are treating their clients with total disregard has taken it's toll.

I am still an avid supporter of IVA's in general, but am disenchanted with many firms ( with a couple of noteable exceptions ) and this is colouring my responses.

I shall try harder to be more positive [B)]

We all have our ups and downs, it's part of life and is why the forum is here so we can vent [:)]

Foggy it's an open forum and we're all entitled to our opinions. I am usually tolerant of things but this whole PPI thing can get to me at times and I just have to walk away sometimes.

your posts are always valued on the forum and I'm sure lots will agree with that.

I totally agree with Lesley and there is no apology required Foggy. Just keep posting and being you - not the grumpy old git [:D]
