I have recently and quite rightly been locked out of the forum mainly for a post referring to HR, and probably a few other comments. Having this pointed out to me by Andy Davie, i have read back the post and must agree it came over as disrespectful and offensive. I do tend to run-off at the mouth when i get upset but that is no excuse for attacking a group of people doing their job. Also i do understand that the forum is not the place to be ranting about a personal experience, and i wish to apologize to anyone that i have offended or upset. I have been given some very valuable and sensible advice by forum members and the professionals and would like to carry on being involved.

I am still new to this (just started a DMP- CCCS) and am sure i wiil be needing guidance and advice along the way.

It is a problem that what sounds perfectly reasonable in our heads as we type doesn't quite come out the same way in a post. We have to remember that there is just the bare written word, no body language or other cues.

I am sure I have over stepped the mark accidentally now and again

As I have often said, some of the deeper discussions we have on here would go down far better around a table with a drink or two at hand.

Anyway -- I am rambling again .......

We just have to remember that new (and old) posters may get offended by things posted on here.

Most things go down better over a bottle of wine of a couple of pints!

Nice apology iamfubb! I sometimes go a bit far too...I've got a hide like a rhinocerous and forget other people can be a bit more sensitive.

We all loss our heads sometimes and it makes us a better person when we realise our mistake and put it right good for you as you have put it right

A bit of banter can be quite good fun! Though of course not advocating offending people

welcome back and thank you for the apology...time to move forwards and not look back on this....we are all here to offer support and guidance, and we are a valuable team of people for those who are unable to talk to family and friends about their debt issues....we all have our own opinions and no one is right or wrong, but we do as we know have to think how we put it down in writing, so to speak.....let's forgive and foget and get back to posting !

Well done for being big enough to realise the error made.

I must admit if I lose my rag over a thread on here I tend to just walk away or it just ends up with me getting stressed over it!

i like a good rant,im sure there will be people on here who agree and dis-agree with a lot ive said on here,and sometimes i think ive overstepped the mark,im sure the pressures of being in debt have a lot to do with it,but the good thing is you can air your own feelings regarding various issues you may have,hopefully we will all come through our stressful times in the end,and im sorry to anybody who ive upset next time get the tissues out ha ha

If anyone really oversteps the mark then they will be told about it.

Over the years there have been some horrendous posters that have caused a great deal of trouble.

Thankfully they are few and far between now!
