Rant all you like!!

We hate Wonga - there is just something so wrong about those adverts.

Take heart from the fact that they will be covered under an IVA.

The Government should do something about these firms?
They are just legal loan sharks. They disgust me,preying on people who are desperate.

I can imagine it is heartbreaking, desperate times however resort to desperate measures. We're not here to judge, just to support. You'll be protected by IVA x

They'll all be covered by the iva and you will be protected once the iva is up and running.

I suppose they have a place in the financial services market, but blow me if i know anyone who hasn't been caught out by the high interest rates.

I never had a pay day loan as I thought they were the same as loan sharks and was a bit scared! I did have some very persistant creditors and lots of threats of debt collectors etc. I never knew whether i was going to find one sitting at the kitchen table as I lived in a shared house at the time and anyone could have let them in LOL.

God they were dark days...it seems unreal now and I can't believe how bad it got.

They'll be a distant and fading memory for you too StupidAgain!!! It won't be long before you are protected by the iva.

Ive never had a payday loan, but i will say it disturbs and annoys me when i see there adverts and when i walk through birmingham city center, they have shops (shops is that right??) everywhere and always someone outside pestering you to go in and borrow. I always walk past but you see the "customers" in there shops queuing.

I just hate those that prey on the most needy with there over the top interest rates and pressure.

I know they probably have a place but i would rather sell a relative first.

*i don't mean to offend or upset anyone just my view.

That's incredibly aggressive marketing, particularly in a financial services environment.
