im going bonkers today regarding a company that just cant get the words thanks but no thanks,better not say who,i dont want any more of my threads locks

Terry - I don't think the thread was locked because you mentioned the company.
Did size 5 not manage to help you?

The thread wasn't locked because you mentioned the firm. I think it was because no more could be said before Mike got back to work. I'm sure he'll be in touch soon. I can understand your frustration though! x

Mike is one of the good guys and he'll be in touch as soon as he has some answers for you. As they sent the letter asking whether you wanted the iva or br...it may be simplest to respond in kind to the person the letter came from. If they are following their procedures, you also following their procedures may smooth the process...even though you have already notified them of your intention. Or you could just knock it on the head and go down the pub like you said! x
