Hi,

I don't post very much but do look in on the forum most days.

I am under the impression that Lesley may be able to give me some advice regarding my beloved dog, We are going through a terrible time with him, it's getting to the stage where re-homing him is becoming an option, although this would break my heart.

I would be grateful if Kallis could maybe pass my details on to Lesley, I would just like some advice.

Thank you

Trina

That's great thank you.

We have had our dog since a puppy three years ago, he is a part of our family, but our lives are so restricted as he has I believe separation anxiety. It's heartbreaking.

I've sent an email Trina but I do know she has been away for the past few days but I believe is due back today so will hopefully contact you later.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your dog. We have three but hubby is at home all day so they are rarely on their own for long.

I hope you can get something sorted - they are part of the family aren't they?

Oh yes he is a well loved part of our family, he is adorable when we are with him, but it's a different story when were are out. We have to quickly go round the supermarket on a saturday, never go out anywhere as a family because we can't leave him.

He would be perfect for a retired person who could be with him all the time.

Hi Trina and thanks to Jan for passing your email to me. I will email you later as I've literally just got in and got a mountain of things to do along with going to Uni tomorrow.

I do dog training to a high level with my own dogs but I am not qualified in any way (I think you should know this).

A dog behaviour expert may be what is needed by the sounds of it, but let's have a chat and we'll see where we can go or where I can signpost you to.

Just wanted to post to let you know I will be on later so hang in there. x

Glad you're in touch and I hope you can help her Lesley - be a shame for the dog to have to go.
