You will yo-yo a bit until your emotions settle down. Getting an IVA set up and the change it will bring is a bit upsetting, and a bit to deal with. All the hard work has been done and your mind is having a rest from the fight.

Take advantage of the break to just recoup and get things straight in the old noddle

Dunky, I seem to be having off days myself at the moment too! It's going to be a long and tough journey for us all I think but hopefully we can all get through it together x

yes I am having plenty of them at the moment, every day feels a slog to get through
