Well, I thought being on the Insolvency register would be bad for attracting ambulance chasers! I have been on there a year and have only had one letter from a company offering the usual false promises.

However, it has been three weeks since my car accident and I am being bombarded with phone calls, texts and emails offering help with injury claims!!!! They all contain details of the accident and some have been to my mobile, which I gave to my insurance company, who gave it to the other parties insurance company. I also gave it to the repair shop and the car hire company. One or more of those must have sold the details on ...... it's bl**dy annoying !!!

I can imagine it is.

I thought they were putting a stop to them doing that?

I had my 1st ambulance chaser letter this week! Jefferson Hobbs wrote saying it was important I rang. No idea who they were so thought I'd better ring to see if it's about one of my creditors.

Anyway after they said it was about people being mis-advised about IVA's I told them to go away - not very nicely!!

The letter started our bonfire last night!! Hee hee.

It's wrong Foggy so wrong, if you wanted to persue a claim you'd do it yourself. Invasion of privacy in my opinion.

It is wrong and about time it was outlawed.
