Hypothetically, if I were to win a competition where the winning prize was goods/services, but over the £500 protocol threshold and there is no cash alternative. Would you be able to accept the prize?

I haven't won, but the wife enters competitions for holidays and other high value 'stuff'.

I would think you would be able to keep them.

I would say yes! It's not cash is it, and there's nothing in my proposal about anything other than cash. I enter competitions all the time but haven't won a bean in years!

I would say yes!

If you won a prize, what good would it be to creditors as most prize terms say you cannot exchange for a cash value.

Good luck!!!!

If the prize is big enough offer it to your creditors to organise a raffle and the proceeds go towards paying off your IVA [:D][:D][:D]
