You have to weigh everything up. What will happen if you don't have it?

I'm not gonna see my 40th. But there is quite a significant risk of cognitive impairment. Spoken, online to a lot of people who have had had the same surgery. They feel physically fantastic, but very forgetful, and depressed. It's due to being on the by pass machine for longer than is usual. I always knew this, and I'm already quite an uppety person.

I've only just caught up with the Quark. It's such a difficult decision but I think if it was me I'd do anything for a longer life x
