Hi guys,

I've updated my blog today to give instructions for anyone who wants to create or update a countdown ticker. Hope it helps those who, like me, can do basic things on a computer but then get a bit lost.

I've created another after typing it all out so it should work using these steps but please let me know if any of it makes no sense!!!
