Hi all hope you are all well new and old!

Not sure if any of you will remember me but I joined this forum back in 2008.....

Well since then we have entered in IVA and are currently just starting year 4. God it has been HARD!!! Not that we expected it to be easy we didn't.

We have however further complicated things as we were told we could have no more children and we have since starting IVA had 2 more!!! I got caught pregnant in June 2009 and had a lovely little girl in Apr 2010. I then got caught again straight away and had a little boy in March 2011. We are absolutely blown away but to be honest I wish it could have happened in a few years after IVA.......still I love them both. xx

It seems miles and miles away! Our latest child is poorly and it is causing us a major financial headache worse than the debt before IVA!!! I am slightly worried it may actually fail! We have just under 3 full years left......

Sorry to hear the littl'un is poorly. Best thing to do is discuss everything with your IP if it's causing undue pressure on your finances.

3 years sounds a long time looking forward -- but you are on the downward slope now.

We have tried today! The lady on the phone was of no use at all! I have written a letter instead and am sending it tomorrow with our review stuff.
We have asked for a variation. I will wait and see.....xxxx
