Well -- the bill for Lilys final treatment and dispatch arrived today ....£130! Looking at the list of meds they gave her, they certainly tried their best to keep her going.

If you are like us you will go without food to help your animals!

I know that feeling well Paul! I think that was quite a reasonable bill Foggy.

We're having to save at the moment to have Topsy spayed and she will also need a scale and polish whilst under so we're looking at about £170 all told.

Our dogs are precious to us and I'm sure most of us would sacrifice a lot for them. x

Yes, Jan, the bill was reasonable -- just would have been better if it had worked :-(

Paul, I agree, whatever the cost it would have been met somehow.

It would have been better - sorry Foggy, didn't mean to come across as unfeeling there. My little one is curled up on my lap at the moment - I'd pay anything for her (and the other two) if something happened.

It's my dogs for me. Just been for a walk with them up to the local petrol station and fetched the paper.

I hope she recovers Carole - as long as she is happy and not in pain at all - that's the main thing.
