I wouldn't normally bother, but weren't they just amazing last night ??? Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall, just made me wail like a girl. I got to hear a bit via mobile from a mate who's there, blub blub blub. Kind of my song. And my god, who turned the heat up today ? Went out and got the papers and nearly passed out when I got back in. Thank god for my air con, a fresh 14 degrees in my villa. Heart failure, heat and me, just do not get on at all anymore. Nemind.

And not to mention Elbow, who were also very good, a great sundown set indeed.

Didn't watch it Quark so can't comment.
I can imagine that the heat would get to you but 14 degrees!!!! I'd be wearing a woolly pully, fleece, have a hot water bottle and thermal socks on!!!

Oh dear, up on Twitter and the BBC. Some poor geezer in his fifties was found dead in one of the portaloos behind the Pyramid stage overnight. Shame. Didn't Dominic Howard's dad pass away there right after the bands performance a number of years ago ?

Elbow were as good as ever live.
Coldplay were ok I thought, and my Missus was a bit underwhelmed with them too, aside from a few tunes, and she loves Coldplay...We`ve seen `em a few times live and she thought it was a bit of an anticlimax...I said it`s probably amazing if you`re there though.
My mate texted me and said it was great being amongst all the Coldplay fans who were having a great time and thoroughly enjoying the performance.
I`m looking forward to Beyonce tonight[;)], purely out of a musical interest of course[:D]

Well -- being (albeit temporarily) the third largest "city" in the south west I guess a few will pop off while there. On the whole, for a conurbation of this population, the event is pretty well behaved, with relatively few dramas.

If it was bangra drums then I'd probably have stood there and listened - I love them!
