"My wife`s asked for one of those i-things for christmas, you know, i - pad, i - pod.
So I`ve got her an i - ron...with a load of shirts to go with it".

A neighbour of ours once asked us if we would have his keys as he was expecting a delivery, he had bought his then partner a surprise present.........a washing machine!

I warned hubby that I never wanted a suprise like that!

Needless to say, the couple split up shortly afterwards!

Any kind of kitchen or domestic appliance is a no no for me and if hubby bought me on as a surprise he would get a big surprise of his own, two days in hospital and a place in the local choir singing soprano

Don't think I'd like a domestic appliance as a surprise gift either. I would like an ipad though if anyone with any money is reading and feeling generous?? x

A domestic appliance definitely wouldn't do for me! I've asked for a watch from Dave this year and my mum and uncle are giving me money towards an ereader.

Don't worry winter blues, Admin are on the ball and will move the post if necessary!

It will be just a token bottle for each of us again as there is nothing we want.

We are off for a family photo shoot next weekend so that's part of Christmas for us.

I bought Mrs Torch a foot massager.
She said it was shiatsu, but I thought it looked ok.
