Hi all
I am sorry but I cannot attend on the 4th. My sister outlaw has a big birthday and really wants us to come. Anyway I am double booked and I will miss you all.
Special thanks to Melanie for making me very welcome.
It has all changed now and I didnt quite know where to stick this. I have been trying to do this for a few days but we are having problems with our internet. I am freelili but couldnt log on as that.
So before I get timed out, chucked off or whatever is happening to my phone line, I will wish everyone a happy Christmas and a fantastic new year.
Love many times and hugs for those feeling black, pestered and hopeless, there is hope.

Yeah me too.
I was thinking of trying to pop in just to meet you but the other party is in Bartley Green, I am in Fen End, its a mission.
If you are ever in Coventry again.......
Lesley you are a lovely, lovely person and I would love to meet you also. I feel I have known Skip for years now, we are yet to meet.
Take care all, nasty weather is coming to town. I hate winter, roll on the spring. I hate driving on this pot holed, never gritted, side ditched, lake infested lane.
Love lots, you lovely people you, Lily x

Hi Helen
This has to be a great Christmas for you also, I remember how much hell you have had and am very pleased its all behind you.
I have had the day off today and have sorted out the whole house to make way for the people who will be staying, that and making room for a tree when the time comes. I have had a great day, trouble is I have filled the bin up with rubbish, when its full its full, sometimes I just need a bit more than one bin.
I don't quite know where this everything has to be sorted, cleaned and scrubbed at Christmas. I am really feeling the need to clean windows. Is anyone else like that?
Love to all
xxxx

I've been up since 4am as per usual and watching the snow fall!
Looks like I'll be pulling out from the Christmas Party too with my deepest apologies, car broke down yesterday and it's not 25 miles away on a friends driver, her fella is looking at it today for me bless him but unlike my son in law I can't expect him to do it for a roast beef dinner! Unsure how much or even really what is wrong apart from it's the brakes so I'm guessing they're kind of important!
Oh well some things aren't meant to be, I'll confirm more after the weekend see what today brings in the life of 'Lesley'

I hope you can get it sorted Lesley.
It's been snowing here as well.

I hope you can make it Lesley, it'd be good to see you.
I have to say I'm beginning to wonder if we'll be there - if the weather's still bad it'll be difficult as we can't risk getting stuck somewhere!

Hi Lesley I am so sorry you are having problems, I understand its horrible when there is something wrong with the car.
We have snow here this morning but its not too bad, I doubt I will be attending the party next week in this, these lanes are so narrow and the ice seems to build up at the little cross roads and its impossible to stop.
I shall be sending little 'car be all right positives' to you and I hope its not going to be too much of a problem.
Best wishes all
Lily

The car is now fixed my friends partner did it for me it cost £69.00 for the parts and I gave him £90 total as I couldn't let him do it for nothing so £21 was better than nothing, one of those 'no it's ok moments' and I insisted he took it. But my way of thinking is now (he's a lorry mechanic) he'll possibly help me out with other bits saving me money on garage bills. x

Brilliant news Lesley!
I had a similar thing last week when my car overheated and the local garage fixed it and didn't charge me - I feel a bit guilty but I'll probably take it there to be serviced now, so they'll get a bit out of me next year!

Oh lesley not another problem for you, so not fair to have so many things happening all the time. I hope this is the last one, you've had enough this year and I think next year should be a new and better year foryou,
